1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ttk66e ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing the ttk66e website at ttk66e.org, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ttk66e platform and may not register an account or place any bets or wagers. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms apply to all areas of the ttk66e platform, including but not limited to: the sports betting section (including cricket betting), the live dealer casino, slots games, arcade games, mines games, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ttk66e platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The ttk66e platform is strictly for adults. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wag ering on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for another person for the purposes of gambling.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ttk66e platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment at the time of placing wagers.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or access.

ttk66e takes its 18+ commitment seriously. If you become aware of an underage person accessing the platform using your details or device, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] so the account can be secured. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites on shared devices.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the ttk66e platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same payment method, or different combinations thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, ttk66e reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account. ttk66e will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

• Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not save your password in shared browsers or public computers.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the ttk66e platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. Deposits via bank transfer are subject to the minimum transfer thresholds set by the respective bank. Deposits credited to a player's ttk66e account balance are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. ttk66e does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ttk66e accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe published in the platform's payment information section. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing windows are detailed in the player's account dashboard. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ttk66e does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Funds deposited on the platform must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be considered. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure, not a bonus wagering requirement.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks if the withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds set by ttk66e's compliance procedures.
• ttk66e reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been used for wagering. Contact support promptly if you believe a deposit was made in error before wagering commences.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ttk66e platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi), live dealer casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), slots, arcade games, and mines. These product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: Odds are offered on a wide range of events including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international cricket events. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is accepted and a bet slip confirmation is issued, the odds at the time of placement are locked. Pre-match and live in-play betting markets may differ in available options and minimum/maximum stake limits.

Casino and Game Results: All game outcomes are determined by the certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer procedures of the supplying studio. ttk66e does not intervene in, modify, or influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, the round will be treated in accordance with the relevant studio's published rules for interrupted sessions. Where no studio rule applies, the round will be treated as void and the stake returned to the player's balance.

• Minimum and maximum bet/stake limits vary by game and product. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits before placing wagers.
• Bets placed on events that have already started — where the platform has not offered in-play markets — will be voided and the stake returned.
• ttk66e reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• Winnings from voided bets or bonus play subject to wagering requirements will not be credited until the applicable conditions are confirmed as met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ttk66e offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

The general principles governing all ttk66e bonuses are as follows:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per verified player account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting contributions may differ from slots contributions. Check the promotion terms for a breakdown.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the player's account.
• Abuse: Any behaviour identified as bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies, or structured betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ttk66e platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits; providing false identification documents during KYC verification; attempting to deceive ttk66e support staff.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one player account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous closure decision.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in live casino games, sports betting markets, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of known or suspected bugs, glitches, malfunctions, or pricing errors to place bets or wagers that would not otherwise have been made. Such winnings are not payable and are subject to forfeiture.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play, except where ttk66e has explicitly authorised a tool in writing.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity; using the platform primarily as a mechanism for converting funds rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used for wagering. Chargeback fraud is treated as theft and will result in permanent account closure and legal escalation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ttk66e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete a KYC identity or age verification request within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal requirement, regulatory direction, or court order requiring account action.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding the period defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of Terms, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Balances comprising verified real-money deposits only — where no breach is attributable to the deposit itself — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tool available in the account dashboard. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out via the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ttk66e platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ttk66e makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free platform operation, the Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server issues, DDoS attacks, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Loss of data resulting from hardware failure, network disruption, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details that result from a system error, provided the error is corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even where ttk66e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The conduct, accuracy, or reliability of third-party game studios, payment providers, or data feed suppliers — these third parties operate independently and under their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttk66e's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments to These Terms

ttk66e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, applicable law, regulatory guidance, or operational policy. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the hero section at the top of this page.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ttk66e will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — unless the change is required immediately by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the ttk66e platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
